Rest is more than taking a break — it’s a return to trust in God. From the beginning, God designed rest as a rhythm for renewal, not just recovery. It’s about slowing down, listening, and letting your soul breathe.
After completing the 3-Sunday Challenge, we invite you to rest for six months. This means no pressure to serve, lead, or commit — just come, worship, be known, and let God meet you where you are.
Jesus said, “You will find rest for your souls.” (Matthew 11:29)
That’s our prayer for you.
Sabbath is a weekly invitation to stop, rest, delight, and worship. It’s not just a day off — it’s a sacred rhythm built into creation by God. When we practice Sabbath, we resist hurry and embrace God’s presence.
Sabbath reminds us that we are not what we produce. We are beloved. It’s a day to slow down, enjoy what’s good, and re-center our lives on what matters most — Jesus.
As Jesus said, “The Sabbath was made for man…” (Mark 2:27).
It’s a gift, not a burden.
Sabbath is more than a day off — it’s a rhythm of life that leads us back to wholeness in God. Each week, we stop, rest, delight, and worship. Not out of obligation, but out of invitation — into the presence, peace, and joy of Jesus.
Sabbath begins with stopping. We cease from work, worry, and striving — and let God be God. Exodus 20:8 (NIV)
We rest our bodies, minds, and souls, trusting that we are held by grace, not by our effort. Matthew 11:28 (NIV)
Sabbath is a day to enjoy what is good — food, beauty, laughter, and the presence of God.
Psalm 37:4 (NIV)
We reorient our hearts toward God, giving Him our attention, affection, and awe.
Psalm 95:6 (NIV)
